URBAN DISTORTIONS presents the VA "Modern Visions.02", which is the second chapter of a visionary electronic music journey within urban environment, visually represented by a photo of the "Torres Blancas" concrete building in Madrid (SP) a noted example of Spanish Organicism.

The compilation includes four different and personal visions of modern Electronic Music, with tracks from 4s0 (BR), Avenue313 (SP), PL_anet (PL) and SLAKER (IT).
It open with Avenue313 that presents "Aequam", a Detroit style track filled with a deep atmosphere and a solid bass-line. It's followed by PL_anet's "Telekinesis", a dark soundscapes track with monster bass, than the third track "Global Conspiracy" by Slaker has an hypnotic arpeggio riched by vintage synth sounds. To close "Bringing Back Oldschool Robotics" is the debut by 4s0, a funk-groove attitude track with a breathless bass-line.

Avenue313 is the ultimate Electro/Techno project by Avidya, very active DJ/producer from Madrid, already part of the “Ceni x Nawal” CD compilation on Nawal Records, along with his latest Remix for Francois Dillinger’s “Can't Wake Up” on “DET:ROI - The Remixes” released under Roulette Rekordz.

PL_anet is a remarkable producer originally from Poland and based in London UK.
In the last years he has released on labels such as Borg Recordings, Bass Agenda Recordings, Crobot Muzic, Elektrodos Recordings, Elektropunkz, Anti Gravity Device, Infalux, Urban Connections; until his previous album “No Time to Break” on Urban Distortions out in 2019 and his last appears on “Electric Europe” and “Electro for Future” compilations.

Slaker is the man behind this project that from 2015 is running his own concept/label URBAN DISTORTIONS spreading pure underground Electronic Music productions.
He boasts several releases, including his latest album "The Transition", which has attracted international interest also from mithic Will Web (Deep Space Radio, Detroit USA).

4s0 is a talented producer from Rio de Janeiro, began his musical production in 1998 releasing some singles on independent labels such as Elektrodos Recordings, Jealous Records and Putz Records. His musical influences are among the genres electro and techno with a touch of minimalism.
